Privacy Policy

SoarStreet provides AI-assisted business capabilities (“Workforms”) that people use from AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. This policy explains what we collect through app.soarstreet.com and the SoarStreet connector, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account identity: when you sign in with Google we receive your Google account identifier, email address and whether it is verified. We use it only to confirm who you are and which organization accounts you may use.
• Content you choose to send: items you explicitly capture with Log (for example a request, decision or note), including any context you include.
• Connected sources: if your organization connects a source (such as Google Drive) so Brain can answer questions, we access only the sources and permissions your organization approves, at the time of your request, and we respect each person’s existing access rights.
• Operational records: security and audit logs (who did what, when), and technical logs needed to run the service. We do not log passwords, access tokens or document contents.

How we use it

• To provide the features you use: answer your questions, record your Log entries and route requests to the team handling them (for example in our project tracker).
• To secure the service, prevent abuse and keep an audit trail.
• We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use your content to train AI models.

Google user data

SoarStreet’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that run SoarStreet on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations: Google Cloud (hosting and storage) and Linear (request tracking, for Log entries routed to us). The AI assistant you connect (for example Claude or ChatGPT) receives the results you ask for, under that provider’s own terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each organization’s data is isolated from every other organization’s. Sign-in tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. We keep Log entries and account data for as long as your organization uses SoarStreet, and audit records for up to 180 days, unless a longer period is required by law or agreed in your contract.

Your choices

You can disconnect SoarStreet from your AI assistant at any time. To access, correct or delete your data, or to remove your organization’s data entirely, email hello@soarstreet.com. We respond within 30 days.
