Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the SoarStreet service at app.soarstreet.com and the SoarStreet connector. If your organization has a separate agreement with SoarStreet, that agreement controls where it differs.
Access
SoarStreet is available to people invited by an organization that uses it. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
Acceptable use
Do not use SoarStreet to break the law, to access data you are not permitted to access, to send malware or spam, to probe or disrupt the service, or to submit secrets such as passwords or payment card numbers in Log entries.
Your content
Your organization keeps all rights to its content. You grant SoarStreet the limited rights needed to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated answers can be wrong; verify important information against the cited sources.
Changes and availability
We improve SoarStreet continuously and may change features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless agreed in writing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SoarStreet is provided “as is”, and SoarStreet’s total liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amounts paid for it in the twelve months before the claim, except where a separate agreement says otherwise.
Ending use
You or your organization can stop using SoarStreet at any time. We may suspend access that violates these terms. On request we delete or return your organization’s data as described in the Privacy Policy.
